BACT Services and its affiliates (“BACT,” “we,” or “us”) provide content on our websites and digital applications that link to these Terms of Use (the “Site”). All trademarks, service marks, logos, and designs used on the Site (“Trademarks”) are owned by BACT or its licensors. You agree not to:

  • Use Trademarks in a confusing or misleading manner

  • Imply endorsement or partnership with BACT without permission

  • Reproduce Trademarks beyond what is permitted through official sharing tools

Unauthorized use of BACT Trademarks is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of Site Content

BACT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view, download, and print one copy of Site Content solely for internal, non-commercial use, provided that:

  • Content is not modified

  • Copyright notices remain intact

  • Use complies fully with these Terms

You may not:

  • Extract, scrape, crawl, or mine data from the Site

  • Use Site Content to train, develop, fine-tune, or support any AI, ML, or generative model

  • Mirror or reproduce Site Content on other platforms

  • Use the Site in ways that violate applicable laws or infringe intellectual property rights

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension of access and/or legal action.

By submitting content, you grant BACT a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, publish, modify, distribute, and reproduce such content for any lawful purpose.

  • Encourages harmful or illegal behavior

  • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights

  • Contains viruses or harmful code

  • Includes false, misleading, or promotional material

BACT is not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content and may remove any submission at its discretion.

6. Notices of Infringement

BACT prohibits posting content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights. If you believe your rights have been infringed, send a notice including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work

  • Location of infringing content

  • Your contact information

  • Statement of good-faith belief

  • Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury

  • Signature of the rights holder or authorized agent

7. Disclaimers

The Site Content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. BACT does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice through the Site. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

BACT makes no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy or completeness of Site Content

  • Availability or functionality of the Site

  • Content from third parties or linked websites

BACT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from Site use.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BACT and its affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives from any losses, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of Site Content

BACT may assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA (or choose your jurisdiction if preferred), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in competent courts within that jurisdiction.
